PlayMind Labs, Inc. ("PlayMind Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the playmindlabs.com website and the RiskOS behavioral scoring API (the "Service"). Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, company name, and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship.

API usage data. Operators who integrate the PlayMind Labs API transmit player session and transaction event data to our scoring infrastructure. This data is processed in real time and is not stored beyond the time necessary to return a score response, except where explicitly agreed upon in a data processing agreement.

Usage and technical data. We may collect standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and operational purposes.
